General conditions of sale
1° – General conditions of hire
All bookings imply the acceptance of the campsite regulations and booking conditions detailed below. All bookings are made in the name of one specific person and cannot, in any circumstances, be transferred to another. Subletting is not permitted. Bookings must be made by an adult with legal capacity. Minors will not be accepted without their legal guardian.
2° – Payment
Campsite charges which are displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception are to be paid at the reception.
In the high season, particularly in August, the pitch must be vacated by midday. Prices are calculated on a nightly basis.
Payment for touring pitches : Payment is due for the number of nights spent on the campsite. The payment in full, or the balance in the event of pre-booking, is to be paid the day before departure.
3° – Booking
Bookings can be made by phone or post, via our website www.camping-delatour.bzh or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings are confirmed following receipt of a signed copy of the contract and the deposit amounting to :
– touring pitch : 20 €
– hire of mobil-home : 25 % of the total cost of the stay and when you have received written confirmation from the campsite.
Deposits received without the signed contract will not be accepted. Confirmation will be sent to you by post or email.
Payment accepted : Cash, French cheques, holiday vouchers, credit card, bank transfer.
Cheques are to be made payable to SARL CAMPING DE LA TOUR, AMBON
In the absence of a message from the customer explaining that his arrival date has altered, the accommodation will be freed 24 hours after the date specified on the booking contract.
4° – Cancellation
The management must be informed of cancellations in writing by recorded delivery with documentary evidence.
In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
5° – Admission
Hire of touring pitch : touring pitches are available from midday on arrival and must be vacated before midday on departure. Any different arrival or departure times must be authorised by the campsite management.
Hire of mobil-home : the accommodation is available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10am. Any different arrival or departure times must be authorised by the campsite management.
No reduction will be made for early departure or late arrival whether for pitch hire.
If, for any reason, you cannot respect the arrival time, please contact the campsite by phone on +33 297 41 14 38.
The keys to the mobile home are available at the reception until 7pm, following payment of the total cost of your stay.
A member of staff will accompany you to your pitch or your mobil home and will give you all necessary details to ensure you have a pleasant holiday.
An inventory list is at your disposal. Any missing or damaged items must be registered at the reception within 24 hours of your arrival. On your departure, the accommodation must be left clean and ready for hire. Cleaning of the accommodation is the customer’s responsibility (including the toilet, crockery, fridge). Further cleaning should not be required on your departure.
Deposits : required on arrival :
– entrance badge : 20 € by cheque payable to the campsite.
– hired accommodation : 200 € (total deposit for mobil home : 220 €)
This deposit will be returned to the customer on departure. In the event of departure out of office hours, the deposit will be sent by post within a week.
Regarding pitch and accommodation hire :
In the absence of a phone call from the customer to inform the campsite of a late arrival, the pitch or the mobil home may be released for hire 24 hours after the arrival date specified on the contract. The deposit will not be refunded.
6° – Outstay on premises / complaints
The hirer is not authorised to stay on the premises at the end of his stay on the date specified in the contract, unless prior authorisation has been given from the management.
Any complaints regarding the nonconformity of the services provided must be given to the management in writing before the end of the stay.
